Matter of Perspective

Most people see innocence and happiness when this picture is shown to them.

For me, the contrast of the two girls was striking, one represents happiness, the other sadness if you can see it.

All the pretty balloons are in the hand of the girl on the left.

The girl on the right seem to have accepted the fact that she does not have what the other have.

Like life, there are always the ones who will never get what they want even if they tried their best

Or the ones that are always left behind to clean up the mess that’s not their’s.

Changes

One of the greatest tragedies of life, something always changes

Changes for the better or worse, we never have a say in it.

Things change too fast for people to adapt, accept or react

That’s when self deception or self pity sets in, numbing everything and worsen everything.

Sometimes just remember that there’s two simple rules for life.

Change what we can change.

Accept what we cannot change.

Mean

I’m aware that I’ll never qualify as Mr Nice Guy.

And being evil or mean, it’s just a habit of mine.

That’s because as long as I don’t try to be nice, I can do and say anything I want.

Being nice is a tough job so i’ll choose to live freely than to be shackled by the chains of niceness.

I’ll never be a nice guy in my life.

And a saint once said, “Hot girls dig bad guys”.

Happiness

All the smiles seen on the streets, are those real?

Can happiness really be achieve just because someone else is?

Is it worth it to sacrifice one’s happiness to grant it to another?

Someone once said that it’s enough just to be happy on the outside but what’s the point of looking happy if happiness is not there?

Maybe self-deception makes one feel better and make that world better for others.

But self-deception is like painkillers, it just numb the pain and hide the truth.

One day everything will fall apart and unbearable pain will set in. True sorrow is more appealing than fake happiness

Maybe it’s time stop living for others and start living for oneself.

Lies

It’s a basic truth that everybody lies, the only variable is about what.

Lies ain’t all bad,  it helps get rid of pain and tears.

Honesty on the other hand had ruined thousands of lives.
